LEG PROGRAMME

The routines found here will improve and define the shape of the entire lower body, but they target the legs in particular.

For many people, training with the goal of building bulk on the legs can be very frustrating. This is particularly true for those who are thin, and who may work hard and yet see no initial gain at all.

It's generally the case that if you were born with thin legs, you will always have thin legs.

It's particularly difficult to bulk up the calves, but small calves can still be strong and powerful.

You can, however, improve tone and muscle definition, which will enhance their shape. It can take longer to achieve results with the legs than with other parts of the body. 

Persevere and be consistent, you need well-shaped legs to balance a strong upper body.
